No, we do not take insurance, but we are happy to give you an itemized “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
What happens if I don’t show up or miss my appointment?
Here’s our”No-Show” policy. We understand life can get in the way, and we will always try and accommodate you. Help us keep appointments available by letting us know if you can’t make it!
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid disruptions.
- No-show fee may apply for missed appointments without notice.
- First-time no-show? We offer a grace period as a courtesy.
- Multiple missed appointments may require prepayment for future visits.
