Meet Your Provider: Andie Lundquist, FNP-BC
All In Office visits are led by our experienced and dedicated provider, Andie Lundquist, FNP-BC. Andie brings a warm, patient-centered approach to every appointment, focusing on whole-person care. Patients appreciate her attention to detail, ability to listen, and her clear communication about diagnoses and treatment options.
Scheduling Your Visit
Booking an In Office appointment is easy. You can call our office directly, or request an appointment online. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent needs. We strive to keep wait times short and ensure you’re seen in a timely manner.
When You Arrive
Our friendly front desk staff will greet you and check you in. If it’s your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary forms. For returning patients, we may ask you to update your health history or insurance information.
What Happens During the Visit
During your In Office visit, you’ll meet with Andie Lundquist, FNP-BC, who will take the time to understand your concerns, perform any needed exams, and discuss a treatment plan with you. Services provided during In Office visits include:
- Annual physicals and wellness exams
- Sick visits for colds, flu, or infections
- Chronic disease management (like diabetes or high blood pressure)
- Women’s health and reproductive care
- Minor injury care
- Medication management and prescription refills
- Immunizations and lab testing

Follow-Up and Telehealth Options
If additional care is needed after your visit, such as a follow-up appointment or review of lab results, we’ll schedule that at your convenience. In some cases, follow-up can be handled virtually through our telehealth services, also provided by Andie Lundquist, FNP-BC, for added flexibility and convenience.
